What UniPath is

Our school uses UniPath (unipath.cc) to help students plan and manage their university applications. The school invites each student. UniPath is not open to the public.

What information is used

  • Name, email address, school and class year.
  • School work for applications: grades, test scores, activities, essays, CV and uploaded documents.
  • Universities and scholarships your child saves or applies to, and messages with school staff.
  • Optional details, such as date of birth or phone number, only if they are added.

Who can see it and where it is kept

  • Your child, the school's counsellors and admins, and you (if you get a parent account). Other students cannot see it.
  • The information is stored outside our country, with providers in Japan, the United States and the European Union.
  • UniPath does not sell information or show ads.

Your choices

You can ask the school or UniPath (yuldashovulugbek0@gmail.com) to see, correct or delete your child's information, and you can withdraw this consent at any time. If you withdraw it, the school will close your child's account.

Consent

I am the parent or legal guardian of the student named below. I have read this form and the UniPath Privacy Policy (unipath.cc/privacy). I agree that the school may create a UniPath account for my child and that my child's information may be stored and used as described, including outside our country.
