Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and UniPath (“we”, “us”) for using the UniPath website and app at unipath.cc. By creating an account or using UniPath, you agree to them, to our Privacy Policy and to our Community Rules.

Schools that sign up agree to these terms for their organisation and for the students, parents and staff they invite. If a school has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement wins where the two differ.

• UniPath is for schools and the students, parents, counsellors and staff they invite. Accounts are by invitation.
• You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, or under the age of digital consent where you live, you need permission from a parent or guardian, which your school arranges.
• Give accurate information, keep your password private, and don't share your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Tell us straight away at yuldashovulugbek0@gmail.com if you think someone else has used your account.

• Invite only people who belong to your school community, and remove access when they leave.
• Have a lawful reason to share student information with us, and get any parental consent the law requires.
• Make sure your staff use UniPath in line with these terms and the Community Rules.
• Pay any agreed fees on time. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; payments are handled by Stripe.

You own what you put into UniPath: essays, documents, messages, your portfolio and so on. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you and your school, for example to show your essay to your counsellor or to publish your portfolio when you ask.

You must have the right to upload what you upload. Don't upload other people's private information without their permission.

• Students can use AI essay feedback and the essay assistant, with limits: up to 8,000 characters per request and 10 requests per 7 days. Counsellors, school admins and parents don't have AI features.
• AI can be wrong. Treat its suggestions as ideas to consider, not facts or final text.
• Your essays must be your own work. AI is a helper, not a ghostwriter. See the Community Rules.
• We may change, limit or pause AI features, for example if a provider is unavailable.

We work hard to keep university details, deadlines, requirements and scholarships accurate, and new information is reviewed before it goes live. But universities change things often, so always check important details on the university's own website before you apply. Matching, fit scores and suggestions are guidance only. UniPath does not guarantee any admission, scholarship or result.

Please follow the Community Rules. In particular, don't:

• try to access accounts, schools or data you aren't allowed to see;
• break, overload or probe the service for weaknesses (tell us about security issues instead);
• copy the university catalogue in bulk, or scrape the site;
• use UniPath to harass anyone, or to share illegal, hateful or sexual content;
• submit false information in applications or recommendation letters.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. Where possible we will tell the person or their school first and explain why. A school can remove its users at any time. You can ask to delete your account as explained in the Privacy Policy.

We keep improving UniPath, so features may change. We try to keep the service running all the time but can't promise it will never be interrupted. If we make a change that significantly reduces what a paying school gets, we will tell the school in advance.

UniPath is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for decisions made by universities, scholarship bodies or exam boards. For a school, our total liability in any year is limited to the fees the school paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for important changes we will tell schools and signed-in users before they take effect. If you keep using UniPath after that, the new terms apply.
